MK8 Nozzles, Brass
-This section features MK8 nozzles made of brass. As illustrated in the diagram, the nozzle consists of two main components: a threaded part (M6 thread, which screws into the heating block) and an outer part.
The threaded section has an entry hole with a diameter of 2 mm, designed for 1.75 mm filament. The outer part of the nozzle has an exit hole diameter that ranges from 0.1 mm to 1 mm.
Important! The most optimal choice is a nozzle with an exit diameter of 0.4 mm. Using a nozzle with a smaller exit diameter significantly enhances the quality and precision of printing, while a larger exit diameter increases the printing speed.
For easy installation, the outer part of the nozzle has flat edges with a width of 7 mm, compatible with the wrench included with the 3D printer.
