The MK8 titanium nozzle is designed specifically for 3D printing with composite and highly abrasive engineering plastics.
The titanium nozzle has the following characteristics:
- High thermal conductivity
- Resistance to all abrasive materials used in engineering filaments
- Minimal susceptibility to mechanical impact
- Good impact toughness

Important Note! MK8 nozzles (brass, hardened, and titanium) feature a shortened threaded section and must be used with MK7 and MK8 heating blocks for proper and high-quality printing.
The threaded section of the nozzle corresponds to M6 threading. The entry hole for the filament has a diameter of 1.9–2.0 mm for 1.75 mm filament. The exit hole can have various diameters, ranging from 0.2 to 0.8 mm. For an optimal balance between quality and printing speed, a nozzle with an exit diameter of 0.4 mm is recommended. If you need to print fine details with high precision, use nozzles with diameters of 0.3 mm or 0.2 mm, while significantly reducing the print speed. Conversely, if you are printing a larger object, opt for nozzles with larger exit diameters, and it is crucial to increase the filament melting temperature.
Titanium nozzles have another feature that is often overlooked: their lightweight design. For instance, a standard brass nozzle weighs about 3 grams, whereas a comparable titanium nozzle can weigh between 0.6 to 1.2 grams, depending on the alloy used.

These nozzles are compatible with 3D printers that utilize MK7 and MK8 heating blocks. They are suitable for models such as the Ultimaker Original Plus, Ultimaker 2, Ultimaker 2+, Ultimaker 2 Extended+, and all Ender-3, Ender-5, and Ender-6 models.
